This fitness/diet plan has one main goal—to give you a lean, muscular physique similar to what you would see on models and Hollywood actors (think Brad Pitt, not Arnold). This program isn’t meant to give you big, bulky muscles—rather it’s to tighten you up and lean you out. This is the ultimate scrawny to brawny workout program on the market today!
Who Is the Creator of Visual Impact Muscle Building?
The author of Visual Impact Muscle Building is named Rusty Moore. He runs a popular Fitness blog online that sees over 1 million page views a month. Since 2007 he has dedicated himself to helping people achieve the lean look that we see so often on the silver screen.
So How Does Visual Impact Muscle Building Work?
Essentially, there are two ways that muscles grow, with starkly different results.
- The Puffy, Rounded Out Look. This is what you most commonly see at the gym with the dudes that are hammering out small sets with big weights. They look inflated, almost puffed out. Growth is achieved by fluid essentially inflating the muscle, which means it is temporary and doesn’t contribute all that much to overall strength. This type of growth most importantly contributes to a loose skin effect. While you can get a massive pump at the gym, the moment your pump is gone your skin loosens around the muscle. Believe it or not guys, this is NOT what the ladies want.
- Lean and Mean. The physiological term for this type of muscle growth is myofibrillar hypertrophy. This type of growth focuses less on size and more on strength. So while you might not get inflated like our friends in group number one, you actually gain significantly more strength. By focusing on growing strength over size your skin emulates a shrink-wrap effect, making you look more jacked and muscular. This is the effect most women are attracted to, so if you are looking for sex-appeal this program is the go-to scrawny to brawny workout for you.
The workout program that you get with Visual Impact Muscle Building focuses on the second method of building muscle so that you have a lean, rock-solid physique instead of a bulgy, round shape to your body. This highly sought-after look is a direct of following Moores’ scrawny to brawny workout.
What I Like About Visual Impact Building:
It is to the point. The program itself is a 72 page PDF, and the material is thorough and doesn’t waste any time. More importantly, this isn’t a recycled version of someone else’s program—this is the real deal. A true scrawny to brawny workout.
You also get a 227 page guide that provides pictures and descriptions for exercises to target every major muscle group in your body. I appreciate that the exercises are lumped together—say you wanted to search for bicep exercises, simply click on a link in the table of contents and it will show you all the bicep exercises in the book.
Visual Impact Muscle Building allows for a high degree of flexibility in the type of resistance you can use. Free weights, machine, bands, whatever floats your boat.
Comes with a series of printable workout charts to help you keep motivated and on track.
This type of training is very similar to what I do with most of my clients. This is a scrawny to brawny workout that gets you lean and fit with functional muscles, not big and bulky muscles that serve no purpose.
What I Didn’t Like About Visual Impact Muscle Building:
Not a whole lot in terms of bonuses. Most products of this type usually have a half dozen bonuses, but this is a fairly minor complaint.
The exercise demonstrations should have been done in video. Not everyone is versed with correct posture and technique with weights.
Would I Recommend Visual Impact Building?
Absolutely. It’s a solid program. If you are looking for a lean, mean physique and go from scrawny to brawny, than this program is for you.
