Now I caution you that this is for the really skinny guy looking to really gain weight because they barely have any meat on their bones. I know what it is like when you feel like you eat all the time and have nothing to show for it. I have been there. I also understand the feelings that you feel when people start to resent you because you can eat whatever you want and not ever gain a pound. They don’t realize that to skinny guys, this is a curse more than it is a blessing at times. However, I also despise people saying that they have ‘tried everything but nothing works’. This is the biggest lie that you need to stop telling yourself. You may have tried a couple of things but trust me, you just haven’t tried the right things yet. Here are 9 tips that will help you to start to gain weigh in no time at all. These are tips I have personally used and I guarantee they will work for you. When you take off your shirt do you become a 2D stick figure? Well thats ok, because today you’re going to learn how to add some slabs of beef onto that bony frame. A skinny person with a fast metabolism has to build neural efficiency in his body. WHAT? This means a high frequency of moderately challenging work outs. I’d recommend 5-6 TOTAL work outs with 3 being FULL body. With the other two-three will be specialization work outs, where you select lagging areas and bring them up. Use my specialization rules for selecting your movements. It comes down to this: JUST FUCKING LIFT BIG and Eat BIG INCREASE Your Training RIGHT You should hit the gym minimum 5-6 times to gain an optimum amount of muscle. Neither train until you are a zombie. Always try to increase your work capacity slightly. Meaning you do a little bit MORE every week. So you can start by training 4 days a week, but increase to 5 then 6 as you become accustomed to the high volume. Compound movements are your NEW best friends. Compound movements work

Hey man, love the videos, just a quick query.. I’ve always had quite an athletic figure but I’ve always been closer to the slim side than bulky side but very toned, I started going the gym properly about a year ago and piled on about a stone and a half in about 5 months and it was very clear I’d been going the gym but after that I plateaud in terms of gaining noticeable mass and no matter what exercises I do or how much I eat I just can’t seem to get the results I first achieved, any advice?

  6. USnavydmgctrl says:

@melsar100 Creatine is a preformance enhancing drug (dont worry, its legal) and protein shakes are exactly what they sound like, a shake that give you tons of protein

I’m 26 years old and been through an emotional roller coaster for the past couple year. I work a ton but because of school loans, funding a stratup business and paying for past mistakes I have been short on money regularly. My diet hasn’t been very good , stress levels high, super active with work and I’m broke. Because of this all I am now lighter than ever and not feeling good about my weight. It would be awesome to see some good tips on bulking and nutritional meals on a small budget…

  13. pjacob2010 says:

carbs are pretty important brown rice, potato, oatmeal, pasta.Proteins important but gotta get your calories in i went from 170 to 195 in the past 4 month just from eating more and training 3 for days to days a week never missed a workout. Its all about sticking to it. count how much your eating. get your core strong first before you left heavy weights. That my advice

Whats the best workout to ‘grow’ my pecs downwards? I know decline press works them on this way so they grow in size towards your abs but i dont have a decline bench. Any workouts I could do to make this happen?

  30. jaguarxj1 says:

I already have lots of muscle for my age (14) but i just wanted to make more faster, i bench 65lbs right off the bat, and i work my way up to 80lbs, then i go back down to 65 so i can bench it more times and build more muscle. but after i do a set of benches i work out my legs and then i do sit ups. is this a good work out? i do it 2 days in a row then take a day to rest my muscles.

  38. savemesugar says:

If you’re lifting 5-6times per week you’re damaging yourself and without doubt overtraining, for anybody not on roids.

  39. TheHumbleHat says:

    @OmarIsuf rigtheous thanks dude

  40. OmarIsuf says:

@TheHumbleHat Upper chest would be the clavicle area so incline benchpress, flies (db + cable) and low to high cable chest flies will get you going. And crazy truth too, so will the military press with enough volume!

  41. OmarIsuf says:

@burbuliukai Check out the collab I did with them, its great

  42. TheHumbleHat says:

    nice hair

  45. one72pjw says:

i think the best tip anyone could ever use in weight training and muscle building is that you need to be patient and dedicated, fuck all the supplement company hype out, there is no miracle powder or pill that will make you yoaked in weeks, it takes years of focused self tailored weight training and healthy proper eating, dont worry about other people with great genetics or other people you know who built up a bunch of muscle fast, thats not you, focus on yourself and take pride in yourself

  46. J90lude says:

its sooooooo hard to gain weight and muscle smh

  47. SecretAsianMan09 says:

@OmarIsuf I’ll just get more serious about it when I’m older.

  48. OmarIsuf says:

@SecretAsianMan09 The short and skinny on this is that you are not eating enough, even if you think you are. You are also a teen, if you are less than 16, its harder to gain muscle and I wouldn’t recommend it. Also you need to train with someone knowledgeable NOT by yourself being so young

  49. SecretAsianMan09 says:

I do fucking eat and lift like a cow! I’ve been eating two grilled chickens at school lunch with fruit and vegetables. I do heavy weights with less reps but I still hover around 120 and 130. Is it because I’m a teen or am I doing something wrong?

  50. Wickd004 says:

I thought you weren’t supposed to work the same muscle/muscle group 2 days in a row, because your muscles need time to recover and grow. Correct me if I’m wrong though, please.
