Build Muscle with ATHLEAN-X™ – athleanx.com I see guys hit the gym every single day in an attempt to build muscle and often times make the same mistake over and over again. Not only do they stick to the same exercises all the time but more importantly they perform them in the same way at every workout. This is the fastest way to not build muscle! In order to build muscle fast you need to keep your workouts full of variety at every opportunity. No, not just with the number of different exercises that you do but also the way in which you do them. Let’s face it, you CAN build muscle when you’re doing max sets of bench press but doing that over and over might not only lead to overtraining but also a halt in the progress you see and the muscle gains you get from month to month. In this video I’m trying to underscore that even with the same exercise you can apply so many different training techniques to the exercise that you get a much different training effect (and effect on your muscle size because of it). When you want to get the most out of your workouts then I highly suggest you put as many different techniques into your workout program to avoid staleness and keep those muscle building gains coming. If you want a complete step by step workout program for helping you to build new muscle fast then I suggest you head to http to check out the muscle building workout programs AX-1 and AX-2. You’ll see how fast you can build pro athlete muscle in just 90 days. If you want to see …

hes said in another video that the abs are like the forearms. We use them all day and they are used to being active all the time. so we have to train them to failure.

abdominals are closer to the lungs and heart and other important organs so nutrients can br delivered to the abdominals faster which in turn creates a significantly faster recovery time compared to other mucle groups.

hey Jeff, I am a big fan of what you do and try to train and help people better themselves just like you. I wanted to ask you if you can do 1 handed push ups and would you be willing to tell me what i should to to be able to do it? I tried tightening my core and making my arms really strong but still no luck.

Abs are just like any muscle, they do need to recover. After a workout, rest them untill they stop feeling sore

like legs they are more of an endurance muscle and they are small muscle that you can work daily, unless you are sore, but after long time of training you won’t feel anything the day after.

Core is the only muscle you cant ”over-do” but since your muscles work in pairs you can strain your back.

yes, if they actually hurt but when you dont feel it you can keep going, its big and strong muscle, plus work your back to get the full benefit

your abs as an individual are very small muscles. just look at one ab.not very big, so it doesnt need as much time to recover. not only that though, your abs not grow much, they just show more at a low bodyfat percentage

Well, abs recover quicker than forearms and calves IMO, but those 3 muscles are the most resilient from workouts, as quoted from one of Jeff’s videos

Hey Brandon thanks for uploading these, loving the workouts! I was wondering for the exercises that need to be repeated for both left and right sides (tricep press, bicep iso curl etc), do you do:
Left side, right side, rest?
or
Left side, rest, right side, rest?
