    I love your point about investing time. But for someone like me, I’m out the house at 7am, back home at 8pm. I go to the gym about 8.30pm for 45minutes to an hour. Then I go to sleep between 11 and 12. I really am inconsistent with my diet which is the main thing holding back my gains. Any tips on being more organised with a diet? I don’t have any issue with knowing what to eat, but I guess what I am asking is, how do you fit in cooking/storing/preparing meals throughout the week?

    Anything can make you fat if you eat too much. Wheat pasta is fine for muscle building diets

    It really depends on your intake compared to the amount you burn throughout the day and during exercise, and of course your goal. If you want to lose fat, you MUST be in a deficit (burn more than you eat).
    To answer your question, I suggest you measure the amount of carbs, calories, and fats you are consuming and compare it to the amount you burn throughout the day. There are online tools to help you calculate this stuff, just Google them. Long reply but I hope it helps.

    Its still surprises me, just how lot of people are not aware about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), despite the fact that lots of people get good results because of it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Kinovelax Diet Plan, I’ve lost plenty of weight by using it without starving myself.

Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard some great things about it and my buddy lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
