Hey guys umm I’m sorta hating to work out and need tons of advice I’ll tell u why when I was four I had leukemia long story short I have a small chance for austiperosice and a heart issue I need to be at peak physical condition m currently 6″4 weight 95 kg or 209-212 pounds
i have very large arms compared to the rest of my body because i spent a ton of time on them and did them twice a week. this guy is full of shit, no offense. its common knowledge in the personal training world that your arms can be trained 2 or even 3 times a week because they heal a lot faster because they are smaller muscles. so he admits they are small then says to only work once a week? this guy is giving terrible advice. scary to think hes a trainer when he has no idea what hes saying
4 sets for bi’s and tri’s?? tbh i need high volume training i cant go to the gym and not give it 100% i feel like i just wasting my time, if your training one body part per week then thers no reason why you cant go high volume
I’m a beginner with all this building muscle stuff lol. But after a workout, I drink something called Ensure (guess i consider it like a protein shake). You probably heard of Ensure, but anyways, would it be better to drink the Ensure High Protein or the Ensure Plus Calories after a workout? .. All replies welcome
Hello there, have you considered “Musclegion” (google it)? There you will find a useful free video featuring the best way to grow noticeable muscles quickly. This made it easier for Ryan to break through his muscle development stagnation and therefore grow chiseled lean body mass without fat fast. I hope it will work for you also.
@lovllyseth16 If you are training biceps everyday, its a sure thing that they wont grow. Muscles need to rest so that you can notice a difference. try working your biceps twice or three times a week at max , and try not to train biceps in two simultaneous days
i measured my arms they are only 9 inches around give or take and i have been working out for about two weeks working on my arms everyother to every day and they havnt changed at all does it take more time or am i doing something wrong (im sure i am)
This is great advice but you must know that everyone are different. Maybe 4 sets would work very effectively for some people but other people would need to do more sets than that. It’s all about customizing your workout for yourself which you know works for you.

just do curls and do extensions, do alot of them and youll see results. It took me 3 years to go from 13″ arms to 16.5″ arms, it takes a LONG TIME

It takes more time, gaining even as small as 1 inch on your arms will take some time at least give it 2 months
