I’ll never get those 12:24 minutes back… waste of time. These videos should be labeled commercial so we know they are trying to sell you something and you can choose to waste your time or move on to something far more interesting.
Dont blame you for trying to make a buck or promoting your book. Please be upfront about it. Youtube needs warning labels for this sort of advertising.

NO. The gym is what gets you to an acceptable weight without fat, whether you’re losing or gaining. You NEED to go to the gym or work out to gain strength in some way or you’ll never grow muscle. Take, for example, Peary Rader who started out extremely underweight. His thighs were skinnier around than his knees, and he could barely squat a 45 pound bar for 20 reps. He put on over 100 pounds of muscle by training with a barbell.

Hey but i like to ask u do we need to be at least acceptable weight before we get to the gym/getting muscles?
Cause in my opinion i need to be at the certain weight before getting muscles.
