People should be happy if their fat because they can make their fat into muscle if only they tried. We skinny people can’t gain as much muscle because we have fast metabolism No matter how hard you eat/drink you will nevr gain a freaking pound. People with fast metabolism has to wait until their like 20′s and 30′s for the metabolism to get slower. People with fast metabolism is hard to gain weight!!! BE FUCKING PROUD YOUR FAT YOU GOT MUSCLE!!! while we got scronny arms and little muscle >;[

I’m at 129 and bench press @ 275 lbs. Because I didn’t have any bodyfat to support my bodystrength I end up injuring my shoulder blades. All in all I need some fat tissue, I have too much muscles already. Jesus should I look into getting HgH prescription from a doctor?

@toasty303 Exactly i always get told “oh god eat something” and i probably eat more than them but due to a high metabolism i never gain a pound!!!

also!!! i think my weight issue mostly come from the time in the day you eat, im sure that it was me skipping breakfast for soo many years that has trained my body this way, i dunno if that effects it as breakfast is the most important meal of the day

yea its the same for me i do a labour job i cant gain a single pound still its strange im skinny but im still just as strong if not stronger then people bigger then me but id rather look it then feel it lol im also about 6,2 only weight about 10 stones lol

@minimemy i couldnt agree more. for people like us its harder to gain weight than it is for normal people to lose weight. people always assume youre skinny cuz you dont eat or cuz you want to be, but most of the time its the opposite. i eat ridiculous amounts of food and lift weights but i dont gain a pound.

i’ve been skinny all my life, im 19 years old and hardly 110 pounds and 5’8 now, I do eat normally, and I visited a endocrinologist, and she said that all my levels are normal, but I “exercise too much” because I skateboard every day since I was 6. I really want to gain weight and muscle, but I just can’t, it’s so frustrating finding clothes that fit, and very frustrating when skating, please help.

please someone answer this. I have read that after 7 days of NOT ejaculating the testosterone levels of a man increases by 50% so assuming I dont fap for 7 days and work out will this help in the increase? I mean this is testosterone.

@CerromeX I know MRE’s would work but I’m pretty sure eating that many preservatives would cause other problems in the long run. So I’m still looking for alternatives

@myusername94 Try buying MRE’s it exspensive but its worth it Each meal in the MRE has around 1300 calories. If you eat about two a day along with 3 meals a day u should put on weight. I tried it and I gain about 9 pounds in the first week. You can buy military mre’s on amazon or google it. I wont lie its exspensive Around 80-100 dollar per case and each case has 12 meals in it so try only eating it during the week day to try to conserve it.
