    A drop set is when you use an accustomed weight for about 6-12 reps then drop instantly to a lighter weight and lift for some more reps.
    The reverse pyramid that they talk about is different, you use a weight that is almost your max for 2-5 reps (2 sets) then for the next sets you go back to what you normally do. By doing this you make the weight lighter and trick your body into thinking its MUCH lighter and you will push out more reps than usual.

    What happens is that it is easier for your body and local muscle groups to recruit more muscle fibres. Example, I am not sure on the specific training method but 1) If you do resistance training in the morning you can lift more in the afternoon because of chemicals in your body and 2) simple thing to recruit more muscle fibres during chest work out is to do push ups and something else before hand.

    damn if i had my own kitchen and supplies ide be easily set. but i am set back because i have 3 other roomates we all share 1 fridge and all the utensils so it is hard. i cant have 20 containers of prefood unfortunatly. 1 day when i have my own house i could clive like u lol

    Hello, have you heard of “Musclegion” (just google it)? On their website you will find a great free video demonstrating the way to pack on noticeable lean muscle quickly. This helped Ryan to break through his muscle development stagnation and therefore build ripped muscle with no fat very quickly. I hope it will work for you as well…
